WORLD FOOD DAY: Gov Otti Committed to Boost Agriculture, as Commissioner Commends Abia LIFE-ND Project Youth Empowerment

The Abia State Governor, Dr Alex Otti has reaffirmed his commitment to largely invest in agriculture in the state.

Addressing participants at World Food Day celebration, 2025, held at the International Conference Centre, Umuahia, Otti reiterated the government’s vision to expand the agricultural sector for job creation and food security for the people.

The Abia Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprises, Niger Delta, LIFE-ND, Coordinator, Uchenna Rowland Onyeizu, Ph.D, said the Project had for the past five years, performed exceedingly well, creating jobs, food security and sustainable income in the Niger Delta region.
